Work Experience: 

Owner & Director - Cornerstone Children’s Center, 29-year innovator in childcare 

Executive Director - Heartsong, a non-profit providing creative arts therapies for people with disabilities in Westchester County 

Early Childhood Consultant - Clients have included Rye Presbyterian Nursery School, Christ Church Nursery School, Port Chester Carver Center 

 

Volunteer Activities 

• Co-chair – Campaign to rename Metro-North Train Station Plaza to honor Rye civil rights leaders M. Paul and Orial Redd – dedication to be held September 2025 

• Advisory Board - Kids' S.P.A.C.E. of Rye, 20 years. Former Director & Board Chair  

• Treasurer – Larchmont Rotary Club, member 11 years.  Past President 

• Executive Committee - Westchester Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Raised $1million in 2024  

• Member - Port Chester-Rye NAACP 

• Former Member -City of Rye Human Rights Commission 

• Former Board Vice Chair - Port Chester Carver Center 

• Former Member - Osborn & Rye Middle School PTA, RCSD Curriculum and Universal Pre-K Committees
